By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
2. Description of Services
SilverSupport provides AI-powered technical support services designed specifically for seniors. Our Services include:
- Voice-based AI assistance via telephone
- Knowledge base management tools
- Call tracking and analytics
- Multi-tenant organization management
Our AI assistant is designed to provide helpful, patient, and clear guidance. However, it is not a substitute for professional advice in areas such as healthcare, legal, or financial matters.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as needed
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

5. Voice Services and Recording
Our voice-based AI support services involve the recording and processing of telephone calls. By using these services, you acknowledge and consent to:
- Recording of calls for quality assurance and service improvement
- Transcription of voice interactions
- Use of call data to train and improve our AI systems
- Storage of call records in accordance with our Privacy Policy
If you do not consent to call recording, please do not use our voice services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models, are the exclusive property of SilverSupport and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. This license does not include the right to:
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works
- Sell, license, or distribute the Services
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels
7. Payment and Billing
Certain features of our Services require payment. By subscribing to paid Services, you agree to:

- ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT
- UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
- SECURITY OR FREEDOM FROM VIRUSES
Our AI assistant provides general guidance and may not always be accurate. Do not rely on it for critical decisions without verification.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SILVERSUPPORT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Personal injury or property damage
- Service interruptions or system failures
- Actions based on AI recommendations
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SilverSupport, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you submit through the Services
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Services immediately ceases
- We may delete your account and associated data
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notifying you via email or through the Services.
Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
